We had a small family trip with ChinaTours Private Tour to Chengdu, Zhangjiajie and Guilin.
Their tour guides were very attentive, informative and patient. They could explain the local cultures in fluent English and Mandarin, which is extremely beneficial to my American born Children.
The tour drivers drove us comfortably with air conditioning vehicles, which made us feel like VIPs. The hotels we stayed were all 5-star with ideal locations and well-equipped accommodations.
Finally I would like to give extra credit to their service associates in the office. They all were very responsible and responsive whenever I asked questions or inquired for assistance. I will definitely look for their services if I want to travel in China in the future.
